We had an amazing stay here and highly recommend it to parents and families looking for a clean and family friendly stay! It was amazing from start to finish! Shoutout to Vinil who was super kind and thoughtful and the staff was also so polite! The room was spacious and very clean and the best part was not having to worry about breakfast, super easy for parents! We had fun at the pool with the kiddo and loved that it was very close to local gems, definitely recommend staying here!!
Monday, February 9, 2026 Quality Inn by Choice Hotels Yesterday, while leaving Calgary and heading toward British Columbia, I became extremely sleepy. We decided to stop for the night and arrived in Vernon, where we looked for a hotel. Honestly, we just walked in without much expectation—but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The price was very reasonable, yet everything was spotlessly clean, from the bedding to the entire room. It honestly felt like a five-star hotel. Breakfast was also a delight—we could make fresh waffles ourselves, and the fruit selection was very satisfying. All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel as if we were visiting a relative’s home rather than staying at a hotel.
Super nice hotel in a great location! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The best part is the hot tub and pool — perfect for relaxing after a long drive. The breakfast was amazing! In most places, you’d easily pay $50+ for a breakfast like this, so it was a great bonus. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Vernon!
I had a great stay at Quality Inn & Suites while I was in Vernon! The staff are friendly and attentive, the free breakfast and indoor heated pool and hot tub are great after a day of driving or adventuring, and the beds are comfortable. I had a great night’s sleep and recommend staying here for excellent value and a relaxing stay.
Thursday, February 12, 2026 On my way back to Calgary from Abbotsford, I became so sleepy that I decided to return to the Quality Hotel in Vernon and check in again. The next day, I walked around downtown Vernon for a while, then came back to the hotel. After spending some time at the spa, I felt incredibly drowsy and ended up having one of the deepest sleeps I’ve had in a long time. When I opened my eyes in the morning, it was 5:15 a.m. I did a short meditation, and feeling hungry, I went down to the lobby for breakfast. As always, Nav welcomed me with a genuinely bright and warm smile. I truly felt healed. NaV is so humble, gentle, and sincerely attentive to every guest. So impressive. As a young person, someone I would love to learn from. And then there is Milan, quietly observing without saying much, attentively looking after the guests and meeting their needs without a sound. Isn’t this what paradise feels like?
Stayed at Quality Inn & Suites for a holiday trip in Vernon, and it was wonderful from start to finish! The hotel is managed by such kind and thoughtful people! You can really feel their warmth. The room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was great too! It’s also close to beautiful farms and lakes, making it a perfect base for exploring this lovely town.
My husband, 2 young children and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed at was the family suite - which was clean and equipped with some kitchen essentials (plates, cups, cutlery, mini fridge and a microwave). We also loved the free breakfast and clean pool/hot tub.
Everything was perfect! From the warm welcome to the comfortable rooms, and from the amazing hot pool to the delicious breakfast, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Having waffles after such a long time was such a delight. We truly relaxed and had a wonderful time during our stay. Many thanks to the friendly staff for their kindness, we’ll definitely come back again!
Clean, friendly staff, and their free breakfast has lots of great options. Love the plants in the pool and hot tub area and the view of the mountains from my room. DQ is also across the street so it was perfect for late night snacks.
